SUMMARY

Notifications applet remains visible after deleting the last notification. Previously, when the last notification was deleted, the Notification applet would automatically close and this behavior matched the behavior of the Clipboard applet.

[applets/notifications] Close the popup after deleting last notification

We want to make sure that the popup closes whenever an action causes the
list to become empty--no matter how that happens.
