SUMMARY

Hi, this bug is similar to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=294795 but for plasmashell.
So hard to reproduce.

When desktop is in folderview, sometime appeared a scrollbar on the right of the screen
Then you can't click on any icon on the desktop and you can't make a virtual desktop change bye mouse scrolling.
You can see icon on the bottom, when  you scroll down.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the desktop->folder view settings
2. Select layout = Desktop -> Apply

This was fixed a long time ago. I recommend upgrading to Kubuntu 20.04 if yo like LTS versions.
