Is there a location to report and triage package problems vs general Discover problems? We need a central repository for issues that pertain to package problems reporting. Let me give you a usecase / scenario: I have just started using OpenSUSE with KDE and Discover is the apparently preferred system for installing (Discovering) applications generally (it seems better than the YaST mechanism). I installed an application, Midori, that has a bug playing back video. When I tried to report the bug the developers seem to want to refer us to the package maintainer, but in that Discover is being used, there's no way of finding this readily. I was hoping to find a place where I could report issues to either OpenSUSE or the Discover developers to look for further resolution options, but I realize that this probably must go to whoever made the package originally for OpenSUSE. Discover could (should?) facilitate a central repository for distro maintainers to find issues. If you don't feel that that is appropriate, then at the very least some kind of data about the package's creator and maintainer should be show for problem reporting.
Most distributions have their own issue tracker by their own volition. I'm sorry it's confusing to you. I can assure you it's not our intention. You can find here the documentation on how to report issues in openSUSE: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Submitting_bug_reports I don't really know what the issue is but it's probably an issue in midori itself. Consider reaching out to them, feel free to link them to me in case they have questions on how to integrate with linux software centres (with AppStream).
