ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My Discover won't work. It only shows cool: "Applications cannot be downloaded. Check the internet connection." Ps. I have internet :)

* What's your distribution?
* Do you have the required Discover backends installed (packagekit and maybe flatpak)?
* Does Discover work as expected after waiting some time?

At the moment, all we know is "Discover error". There's not much we can do with that.

Maybe you can show us a picture or screenshot of what you're seeing?

Something like that, but the "cable not connected" photo is orange/yellow triangle with !-symbol.
