SUMMARY
The resizing in KolourPaint is not adjusted for RTL languages.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to an RTL language (Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, etc.)
2. Open KolourPaint
3. Try to resize the canvas as in rtl-resize-problem.mp4

OBSERVED RESULT
Able to resize the canvas easily, without any RTL problems.
