There is no way to change font in annotation mode. It would be cool to have it as an option.

This feature comes from an upstream library, Can you re-report it at https://github.com/ksnip/kImageAnnotator/issues/?

Font selection is in annotator settings which is not accessible from Spectacle.

kimageannotator 0.5.1  allows font changing dirrectly in Spectacle. :)
