The dialog

SUMMARY

Cannot change printer settings like pageSize, Duplex, userCode (Ricoh printers) etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System preferences > Printers
2. Select one printer on the list and Click on Configure.
3. Change PageSize or UserCode, or set UserID to none
4. Click apply and or OK
5. Open the window again, everything is unchanged.

OBSERVED RESULT

The dialog is not saving any custom value, the same issue happens in document viewer (a.k.a Okular), cannot change basic stuff like setting user code, page size, duplex on or off.

EXPECTED RESULT

Being able to print without changing the values every time.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE NEON 5.21
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

We believe this is fixed in a later version of Plasma5 and the recently released Plasma6. Can you retest this and report back?

Hello, here's the update regarding the printer issue:

System-wide
------------------
What works:
Setting page size in System Settings > Printers > Configure > Configure (See attachment # 1 [details])

Expected behaviour:
Printer settings should be shared across applications.
Use case: Printing from Okular should reflect the same page size.

Okular/Should also affect other applications:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Okular won't remember printing preferences (Size, Color, Double-sided, etc.).
How to recreate: close the print window

Ok, yes, that appears to be an issue with Okular then. After Print Manager configures a printer, it's then up to the apps to decided if/how to use the settings and if those settings would be saved for the app across sessions. I would suggest opening an bug report on Okular to continue.
