I suppose you need to disable at Appearance advanced setting->Background->Prefer opaque background when touching any window.

Do I miss something?

The settings at Appearance advanced settings -> Background group are a bit strange.
Do you know what you would like to provide as proper background behavior? meaning when to be transparent, when to be solid, when to be half-transparent etc...

I checked and opaque background when touching any window is turned on.

Now I try switch to Garuda and make some printscr, to compare the settings with the Dragonized layout.

If it's not helps, then I try to open the layouts with texteditor to compare the lines on the layouts.

Would you help by telling me which lines[Containments] responsible for the dock behaviour at the bottom?

in your layout bottom dock is [Containments][1][General]

from layout to layout containments numbering is not the same.

I found it:
Problem was close what you said.
At the Appearance Tab:
Busy Opacity was 100% and changed to 0%.
Disabled prefer opaque background
Disabled hide background when not needed

Thank You very much. :))))))
