SUMMARY

When we edit a draft or when we write a new email, the spellchecker is not following the specified language that is set in the field located in view Dictionnary.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Install the language pack of your choice that is different form the system language, reboot.
1. Enable the field Dictionnary in kmail composer
2. Edit your email with another language that is installed
3. Check spelling.

OBSERVED RESULT
The text is checked with the original laguage and does notchange as the language is specified.

EXPECTED RESULT
Change the language spelling checker library.

This bug is very annoying, why is there nobody that have seen the same thing.
I did not find a previous bug submission that matches this bug.
