STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. meke sure "Copy image to clipboard" option is checked in Spectacle settings
2. clear Clipboard applet in system tray
3. open Spectacle by pressing printscreen key: Spectacle displays an inline message saying "The screenshot has been copied to the clipboard." and Clipboard applet lists the copied screenshot as expected.
4. select another option in "Area" combobox (I changed from Full Screen to Active Window mode)
5. click on "Take a new screenshot" button: Spectacle displays an inline message saying "The screenshot has been copied to the clipboard." again but Clipboard applet is empty this time.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Copy image to clipboard" feature should always work

Can not reproduce, works fine here
Tho I'm on the latest git build.. 21.07.70

Cannot reproduce on neon unstable.
