SUMMARY Spectacle sometimes crashes (and the entire DE along with it, though it restarts shortly) after taking a full-screen "instant" screenshot. Using the Meta+Print keyboard shortcut to "Capture Entire Desktop" action. Previously Meta+Print was assigned to "Capture Active Window", but would still crash. [[Additionally, I've had problems with Dolphin showing/hiding the Hidden Files when I open the Desktop folder, though that bug seems to be only visual and doesn't crash. This is my first time using KDE and Manjaro. Should I just switch to another distro, or another DE, or hope for a fix soon? I was hoping it'd be a stable and easy to use system as I was told, but I've sadly run into problems already. I'm sorry.]] STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Meta+Print keyboard shortcut. 2. Repeat until crash if necessary (has always been < 5 times) OBSERVED RESULT DE crashes, taskbar goes down then back up, KSysGuard shows a thumbnail.so process (one per each crash) hanging using the maximum amount of CPU that it can. EXPECTED RESULT Fullscreen screenshot gets saved without much fuss, my OCD for screenshots calms down momentarily, CPU core doesn't max out, keyboard shortcut continues working.
