No bug. It's just annoying. The feature only makes sense if audio stops because oft an icoming call
Please be more specific with what is happening and how to reproduce it
if I have on my phone a paused track in vlc (for example) an then shutdown my laptop (they are connected with kdeconnect), kdeconnect recognizes that my laptop is offline and resumes the paused track in any media player that is opened on the phone. For me this is confusing.
I cannot reproduce this. Until Plasma 5.20 Plasma used to pause media on connected devices via KDE Connect, but it's only supposed to pause and not start a paused playback. The code for that looks correct to me. What could be happening is that the player upon receiving the pause command actually start playing (I've seen players doing that), but even that isn't happening with the VLC I tested
