SUMMARY
I see this bug only on Wayland session, but I can't reproduce consistently.
Sometimes it occurs after the steps below.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings on Wayland session
2. click on Notifications in the sidebar
3. click on "Startup and Shutdown" in the sidebar
4. hover over the current sddm theme on click on the second button

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes "Change background" popup is not centered inside the GridView,
as we can see in the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Change background" popup should always be centered inside the GridView

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Graphics Platform: Wayland

Confirmed on Plasma 5.21.2 / KF 5.79.0 / Qt 5.15.2.

With quick testing it seems to only be the first time that the popup isn't centred, can you confirm this Patrick?

yes. If I close the popup and reopen it, then it is centered.
