SUMMARY On RC there is a global option under administrator setting on Accounts --> Default user preferences named "Group by type" which populates chat list into the "categories" Favorites, Discussions, Private, Public and Direct, and all chats are grouped there depending on which category it belongs. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set to true "Group by type" option in RC administrator interface OBSERVED RESULT ON RC Official client chat list are reordered, on ruqola, all chats are "ordered" by the same grouping but no header or some kind of division are shown, so there is almost no use. EXPECTED RESULT Some kind of grouping would be awesome: a collapsable/expandable category name with the belonging chats inside, a header with the division name and a line between categories, the category name and chats belonging to that category tabbed... any graphical option to make easy for the user to know which chat is ever chat SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.79.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2

I can see favourites, teams, discussions etc. with v2.0.0. so I guess this is fixed meanwhile?
