Padding bug

SUMMARY
This is a supported behavior and makes sense in certain situations (such as when the main action is really important but is unavailable in certain conditions)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have main and left action
2. Make main action invisible

OBSERVED RESULT
Left button is not padded on the right

EXPECTED RESULT
Left action is padded on the right as much as on the left

This looks like an issue with the old floating action buttons. I'm closing this issue because these were removed here: https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kirigami/-/commit/7d4dc7958cba8a8741ca88b1d866b7f1f903f4d4

Feel free to re-open this issue if I am mistaken.
