Happens very seldomly, but just had it happen again.

I had JointSequenceRole copied in kate, went to konsole, pressed shift+insert and i got 

^[[200~JointSequenceRole~

pasted instead of JointSequenceRole.

Any idea what could cause this? Any place i should add debug output to try to figure out what could cause it?

Ok, it's when i press 

Insert and then Shift+Insert

I guess it's a PBKAC and not an actual bug.

I think that's bracketed paste; I get the same behaviour if I copy something then Ctrl+V (quoted-insert) then Ctrl+Shift+V (to actually paste).
