SUMMARY
Currently the background color of some text objects cannot be set, unlike other text objects as tick labels.
The affected objects are:
- Plot Titles
- Text Labels

Not being able to set the background color may affect readability as the default background color is transparent, so the objects behind the text (grid lines, for instance)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Insert a title or a text label object inside a plot and try to customize their appearance.

OBSERVED RESULT
Settings for the Title / text label objects don't include a background color option.

EXPECTED RESULT
A "background" setting like the one found in the tick labels parameters.

Background color of text label is now supported with 2.9.
