Time line of audio in audio track is not right

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Grab an audio (.acc file) to audio track.
2. Play media in the sequence viewer.
3. When grab time line back, the audio would not go back but play continue.

OBSERVED RESULT
time of audio in sequence viewer is wrong 

EXPECTED RESULT
audio in track playing should start from right position, instead of continuing
