SUMMARY
There are no problems with uploading files via webdav, but uploading files takes a very long time to upload, although the upload speed is the same as the incoming speed. Even a small file takes a long time to copy, to say nothing of a large one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
copying the file using the webdav protocol 

OBSERVED RESULT
stands in one place for a long time and after a long time, ends.

EXPECTED RESULT
Copied quickly.
