SUMMARY
Kate remembers patterns and replacements but recalling them is cumbersome because you have to match the pattern with the replacement.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Tell Kate to replace A with C!
2. Tell Kate to replace B with D!
3. Choose remembered pattern A from the pattern history!

OBSERVED RESULT
The replacement is D.

EXPECTED RESULT
Let the replacement be C!
