SUMMARY
The bar just under the image, containing the zoom slider, appears as a black area when opening photos. Buttons still work even if invisible, and they get visible by hitting ESC (exits current photo).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any photo with gwenview
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Bottom bar invisible (black area)

EXPECTED RESULT
Of course the bar should be always visible

I've never had had any issues like the one you describe. Do you know if anything might have triggered the problem or what may be at fault? Do you still experience the issue with the latest version of Gwenview?

A screenshot or screen capture video could be helpful too, just to get an idea of what's happening.

The issue has meanwhile disappeared.
