Screenshot of the empty application page

SUMMARY

On systems without systemd, the application page is just empty. That is pretty confusing. Either show, that it is unsupported or hide the page alltogether.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a distro without systemd
2. Open system monitor
3. Navigate to applications page

OBSERVED RESULT

Empty application page.

EXPECTED RESULT

No page or a hint, why it is empty.
