STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Tell PIM import wizard to report a bug!

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Bugtracking System – Permission Denied

EXPECTED RESULT

Debug symbols are needed when you have a crash.

nope we don't have all info.
So we don't install all debug package for sure.

I know.It's for that I told that it's better to ask to sysadmin to create it.

importwizard is too vague for bugzilla. As akonadi-import-wizard is also wrong (it can only import emails), I added a 'import wizard' component to kmail2
