Okular GUI mostly in english, about a quarter in spanish

SUMMARY
I've downloaded Okular for Windows from both Chocolatey (20.04.0) and the experimental nightly builds (21.03.70), my system language is spanish, and in both cases Okular is mostly displayed in english, as if the translation was incomplete.

I know this isn't the case since I previously used it in Ubuntu and it appeared to be completely translated.

I also can't choose any other language but english, ironically, the dialog that says this is displayed in spanish.

Okular from the Microsoft Store didn't have this issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set system language to spanish
2. Open Okular
3. See bug

OBSERVED RESULT
Application is only partly in spanish

EXPECTED RESULT
Application is completely in spanish.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10

If the "regular" full version is translated, this is a packaging issue.

Nigthly build are most likely not importing the translations, so that's expected.
I'm not sure where the Chocolatey packaging takes the sources from; if it's from the official tarball, then there is a problem with the packaging. If it's from git, then translations are probably not retrieved in the build process (see above).
In fact it seems it uses the nightly builds as sources:

If you want a build which include translations, please us the "release" variant from binary-factory, which includes them:
