SUMMARY
Using Dolphin to add a file to gdrive (either by copy/paste or DnD) creates an ambiguously named additional file. If the semantics of gdrive web are to be followed, it should add the file data as a new version of the existing file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a file and DnD to gdrive via dolphin
2. Modify the file and DnD without changing the file name

OBSERVED RESULT
Two file entries with the same name can be seen both in dolphin and gdrive web

EXPECTED RESULT
One file entry with the latest version set as the uploaded data
