Under "Appearance" node we have "Fonts" and "Font Management", it would be best to separate "Font Management" from settings and add a button to access it from "Fonts" page to avoid having two entries related to fonts in the same place.

That feels reasonable to me. The font management KCM does seems rather inappropriately placed in System Settings in the first place--even more so in the Appearance category, now that this category is supposed to be showing you the things that can be affected by Global Themes. It feels like it wants to be a standalone app, not a System Settings page.
