We used to have this in the past, but it was removed as it was too buggy to work well. Sorry.
What Nate said plus: You should be seeing a button to open the software-properties-kde/qt application. If that's not the case maybe that's the problem.

If that's not the case maybe that's the problem. software-properties-kde is not an alternative to `add-apt-repository`, with `add-apt-repository` i can just type `sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kisak/kisak-mesa` and repository is added. With software-properties-kde? It requires me to add full apt line like this `deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kisak/kisak-mesa/ubuntu/ groovy main`, this is not user friendly, this line is not shown on launchpad page https://launchpad.net/~kisak/+archive/ubuntu/kisak-mesa
