SUMMARY I have installed Citrix Workspace on Linux Garuda (Arch) - All installation went OK - however when I am trying to connect I receive the following message: Unknown error code 100 You are not authorised to execute this file. Please send a full bug report at https://bugs.kde.org. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT EXPECTED RESULT SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux Garuda (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have no idea what KDE component could possibly be giving that message. Does this happen when starting Citrix from the Plasma application menu or what?
at the time of accessing to a remote desktop and I insert the credentials and press enter - instead of letting me to the remote environment I am getting this message. This is happening with this version of Linux - on mint I have no problem at all
Sounds like an issue with Citrix then. It may be doing something wrong when trying to launch another application via KDE APIs. However, that shouldn't appear as "Unknown error code", so *something* is wrong on KDE's side too. Reassigning ticket to KIO where the error message comes from.
Thanks - I have no idea what triggers the error...
