STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to 5.21.1
2. Look at the icons in the system tray or in the latte dock

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons are blurry and ugly. 

EXPECTED RESULT

it happens both on Xorg and Wayland

I noticed that if I increase the height of the panel, the icons are now normal. but below 27 (height) they are blurry.

about latte dock, I tried to edit the dimension of the icons and now they seem to be fixed automatically.

Fixed by the fix for Bug 433138.
