SUMMARY
When I change the percentage for the volume setting, the applet does not take the volume into account. You must restart your session for it to use the setting.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the volume step in applet
2. look with up/down volume keys
3. restart sessions and look with up/down volume.

OBSERVED RESULT
The applet doesn't take the new configuration

EXPECTED RESULT
The applet use immediately the new configuration

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE NEON
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.79.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All these observations are made on a new installation of KDE Neon.
No configuration has been performed (except that of the applet)

Yep looks like this got fixed on one of the rounds of code changes to clamp the step size.

The bug is back with version 5.22.1.

Setup 2% for setp but always 5% used.
