SUMMARY
When viewing an account in the general ledger, transactions can be filtered by different statuses, but not by reconciled transactions 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start kmymoney
2. open a file 
3. Display an account in the general ledger that has some reconciled transactions 
4. Open status filter drop down box

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no entry to select only reconciled transactions

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be an entry to select only reconciled transactions
