See notification of limited connectivity and corresponding applet icon 3. check that you can reach the internet OBSERVED RESULT I can reach the internet, so notification is in error EXPECTED RESULT Either: 1. I can't reach the internet, so the notification was not in error or 2. Upon sending/receiving network traffic beyond the LAN, the icon changes to indicate full functionality of connection. Unplug WiFi receiver 4. Every 30-60 minutes receive "Limited connectivity" notification OBSERVED RESULT I have internet connection (the ping was started after the notification), yet it shows me that the network is limited.
