Description Michal Hlavac 2021-02-26 12:57:07 UTC
SUMMARY
I think that setting cursor focus on search edit box could improve the usability of this useful plugin. I have to move the mouse cursor to the edit box and click to set focus and then search.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on the tray icon and try to search, now it works because the focus is on edit box. click to password to copy to clipboard
2. again click on the tray icon and try to search. You have to move the mouse cursor to set focus on the search edit box.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
focus is not set on the search edit box after the first search.

EXPECTED RESULT
the focus should be set every time when clicking on the tray icon.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Agreed, that seems to be a regression from previous versions.
Comment 2 Iván Ávalos 2022-03-14 02:59:33 UTC
The regression seems to still be in place. I'm using the latest version from Git.
