as you can see only two options that appears on this view menu. This also happens to the other menus too.

Most options from the top menus also missing, it's on attachment.

I have tried reinstalling, resetting the configuration, and trying the portable version but the issues still persist. 

My computer's latest system update is about 3 weeks before this bug appeared.

Have you also removed any krita4.xmlgui file from c:/Usders/ASUS/AppData/krita ?

Thank you for responding. I have looked into the folder but there's no file named krita4.xmlgui

I'm being picky but the folder is C:\Users\ASUS\AppData\Roaming\krita
