Neofetch and Start Menu.

SUMMARY
Every icon, from the start button, title bar actions, user PFP, logout options, app icons, to the System Tray is black. Switching icon themes does nothing.

Corners are replaced with black boxes. Windows, Widgets, and Applets are affected.

Using AMDGPU, I have a Radeon Vega 11 iGPU that came with my Ryzen 3400g

The newest 5.20.5 patch didn't fix anything

I updated to KDE Plasma 5.21 via a rocky transition to Debian Experimental, not fixed.

Does the problem go away if you turn off compositing with Alt+Shift+F12?
