Description Martin Seidel 2021-02-25 08:19:29 UTC
SUMMARY

When I use "Breeze dark" changing of login screen design or login screen wallpaper has no effect. There is always a black background and "Breeze for Opensuse" Login screen.

This only appears if I lock the screen, if I log off, then I see the set design / background.

Maybe an OpenSUSE problem.

Have you manually set the login screen to the Breeze Theme in the System Settings Login Screen page?
Comment 2 Martin Seidel 2021-02-26 08:17:44 UTC
I tried some designs and once I set a wallpaper.

I could reproduce this by creating a new user and setting breeze dark as the theme and then lock the screen. I reinstalled the OS some weeks ago and it stays, so I'm pretty sure this is either a OpenSUSE issue or Plasma. But maybe it doesn't occour in newer versions...
Comment 3 Martin Seidel 2021-02-26 08:20:47 UTC
Yes I set it manually (no editing or copying of files)
Comment 4 Nate Graham 2023-04-10 01:29:33 UTC
Pretty sure this is an openSUSE packaging issue.
