SUMMARY
I don't know if this happens only with me here, but everytime that I have Dolphin opened, and then perfom a download to a certain folder, let say Download, I am unable to see the file which I downloaded. I need to close and open Dolphin again in order to see the file I had downloaded.
I am using KDE Neon testing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin
2. Open Google Chrome
3. Download any media file or other file to the Download folder
4. When goes to that folder, there's nothing. Even F5 as a refresh doesn't works
5. Need to complete close and open Dolphin again to see the file previously downloaded.

OBSERVED RESULT

There's not file that previously downloaded using Google Chrome

EXPECTED RESULT

Expected to see the file previously downloaded in the folder, but is not there, even when perform a F5 refresh.
