SUMMARY
The default user picture in 5.21 is more dynamic and this is cool, but the background has a dark gradient which doesn't fit to the Breeze theme, which has no gradients. It creates an awkward look.

I was using the Arc theme. I switched to Breeze to take the new screenshot.

We plan to add more gradients to breeze in the future
