This is a pretty minor annoyance... sorry. Konsole is a great terminal emulator, thank you for all the work put into it! Currently if I add profile so that I now have 2 profiles (the Default and Profile 1 which is set as the default), when I open the File menu I have to hover over New Tab and then select a profile to open the new tab with (Default or Profile 1). It would be nice if the New Tab option itself was still clickable and just opened the profile that is set as the default (Not to be confused with the "Default" profile that is the hard-coded fallback profile).

Thanks,
Dan

Settings->Show Tool Bar (checked)
You can click on new tab icon and configure the tool bar too. No need to use menus.

"Settings->Show Tool Bar" is not an option. "Show Menubar" is, but that was already checked by default. I'm not sure how that helps though, that just hides or shows the menus at top, or did you mean in the Configure window that I can have the Tab Bar always shown instead of only after I have more than 1 tab? I did find out that I can turn on the new tab button, which I think is what you meant by "click on new tab icon", which works as expected to open a new tab with the profile set as the default. It was turned off by default though, surprisingly. I would think the new tab button would be on by default...
