krunner tooltip

SUMMARY
Open krunner and move cursor over "keep open" and "configure krunner" buttons. The tooltips displayed have visual glitches.

The root cause is Bug 428191.

We may be able to work around it by porting KRunner to use a different type of ToolTip that doesn't suffer from this problem, though. PlasmaCore.ToolTipArea IIRC.
