Poor incremental search results for 2-character strings

SUMMARY
Incremental search results in the launcher seem to be of poorer quality than in 5.18.5.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install LibreOffice
2. Press Meta
3. Type "im". Notice "Impress" doesn't even show.
4. Type "ba". Notice "LibreOffice Base" doesn't show.

I've seen this for other short strings that don't involve results from LibreOffice. For example, after installing BleachBit and searching for "bl", some obscure files are favored over "BleachBit as Administrator" and only "BleachBit" shows.

Hmm, works for me. Does the same thing happen if you search for "ba" in KRunner? I strongly suspect so but would like confirmation.

In Plasma 5.21 and Plasma 5.21:

* "Im" gives me Kaidan because it has "IM client" in the description as first result and then Impress (ihmo name should be more important than description matches but this is content for another bug report :p )
* "ba" gives me Basket and then Libreoffice Base

So for me, this is working.

Not OP, but yes. Krunner does the same thing for me.

I have, on the launcher, disabled all searching except for applications. Not that that matters.

Same issue with KRunner - "im" only finds "Input Method".

This annoying bug persists on Plasma 5.22 beta, Arch Linux.
