No option to annotate image after taking screenshot

After taking a screenshot, one of the most common actions is to want to annotate it. As proof, this is the one single interface that the highly popular Flameshot tool provides. Spectacle could add this to the "General -> After taking a screenshot..." options.

Related: bug 431257.

In fact it's really the same as Bug 431257.

I see those are different options - mine is a checkbox that's missing, and the other bug talks about a context menu option.

What I would find the most ergonomic is the option I'm proposing here - to automatically launch the annotation editor after I press Enter, so I don't have to hunt for the context menu option that's missing from Bug 431257.

The frontend UI is not super-relevant since the basic issue is that there's no way to get back to the annotations feature after a screenshot has been taken. That needs to be implemented first, and then we can worry about how to trigger it. :)
