Screen config

I have two screens one horizontal and one vertical. Most context menus and some drop down menus are offset. Strangely some applications like Krita, Firefox or KeePassXC don't have this issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set screen rotation of second monitor to 90°
2. right click in Dolphin
Context menu appears far below cursor.
