SUMMARY
We allready have a pretty nifty and handy feature for sharing clipboard contents, with someone on a phone to share a link/or send someone a QR code to print.
I believe it would be pretty nice to be able to decode a QR code that we <rmb><copy image> from within our clipboards.

OBSERVED RESULT
We are able to create qr codes from within the clipboard for past and current clipboard contents.

EXPECTED RESULT
We are unable to read a qrcode image that we have put into our clipboards.
