SUMMARY
If I add a logo in perfect sharpness, resolution and size in the setup of the signature it is unsharp if used later in an e-mail. Probably there is compression. This is probably a compression failure. Better no compression should be used at all.

You can try all of those attached. They all get ugly compressed.
