OBSERVED RESULT
Only the HDMI audio is found by KDE.

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE should find all three audio devices.  Realtek(which sends audio to rear and front panels) and Intel (which sends audio to HDMI).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
System is an HP Slimline 290-p0014 Desktop PC.
I am multi-booting Linux Mint 20.1 Cinnamon, KDE Neon 5.21 User Edition, and Kubutu 20.10, and FreeBSD 12.2p3.
FreeBSD only recognizes the Realtek device, not the Intel HDMI device.
All these Linux distros only configure the Intel device, even though the Realtek device is recognized in dmesg.
