SUMMARY

When the panel is sized down, the active zone of the kickoff button on the panel becomes too small. A zone of a few pixels to the left and bottom no longer activates kickoff upon clicking. Meaning it's impossible to open it without aiming. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create default panel
2. Resize panel down to 30px
3. Move the mouse into the corner
4. Click

No result

Kickoff opening

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The bug is consistently present on X11 but not on Wayland.
