The description for KDE Plasma Desktop - CPU Load Monitor seems to be copy/pasted from somewhere because it starts with "Plasma Workspace for KF5..."

I cannot find these strings incorrect strings in our upstream code.

We have multiple appstream files generated for the same source repo. 
It is correct it is part of plasma-workspace

I suspect that the Ubuntu packaging is adding this text because I can't find it anywhere in our codebase either.
