SUMMARY
Opening new files through dolphin does not raise an already opened kate window an wayland

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file in kate
2. Minimize kate
3. Open another file though dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing (appears) to happen. When checking kate the files has opened in the background

EXPECTED RESULT
Is raised to the front and un-minimized to present the opened file

This is a known issue on Wayland due to the lack of a cross-compositor activation protocol. Thankfully it's being worked on!
