Unit conversion is a good feature for Kcalc, it would be useful if one doesn't know the unit name or want to know the units of quantity like area. I know it is already present in Krunner, also having this feature in Kcalc is useful. Windows calculator also has this feature.
I agree. It's a useful feature. It's also present on Kalk thanks to KUnitConversion framwork: https://github.com/KDE/kunitconversion KDE needs more homogeneity. ;) Regards.
